Principal's News

All students attending St Louis de Montfort's Aspendale have the right to feel safe. The care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people is a fundamental responsibility of all within our school.

Good Afternoon families,

It's been a lovely week with the sun shining. Thank you to all parents and carers for the amazing effort that went into creating our students costumes. Thank you to the teachers who really embraced book week and your costumes were inspiring. Our Librarian's Kerri and Therese did an amazing job with transforming our Library and supporting the school. A very big thank you for all your support and efforts that went into book week and holding the Books stall.

Our Learning conferences are fast approaching Tuesday 12 September and Thursday 14, information with regards to booking with follow shortly. Mrs Rachel Carnegie's 1RC Conferences will take place Tuesday 29 August, Thursday 31 August and Friday 1 September. Bookings can be made through Compass.

On Friday 8 September we will have approximately 60 students from Years 3 - 6 representing St Louis at the Chelsea District Athletics Carnival. They will be held at Ballam Park Frankston.  We wish them all the very best.

Don't forget our Fathers Day Stall Wednesday 30 August and our Fathers Day Breakfast Friday 1 September.

With the warmer weather in the air it's a good time to check that all your Asthma/Allergy & Anaphylaxis plans are up to do as well as any medication. Please ensure that all plans are up to date on Operoo as this may effect your child attending excursions.

Semper Dental Van Visit

In term four we will be having the Semper Dental Van visiting our school.  The Dental Van is an opt in program for families.  There will be a notice sent home on Monday with all the details of how you can access this service should you wish.  The Semper Dental staff will run in class education sessions with Prep to Year 3 classes in the last week of this term.
