🎉 100 Days Older, 100 Days Wiser!🎉

Celebrating a century of days filled with learning, laughter, and an unusual number of walking sticks.

On Wednesday 30th July, our Prep students marked a very important milestone – 100 Days of School! To celebrate, they didn’t just act 100 days smarter, they dressed 100 years older. We had walking sticks, cardigans, curlers, glasses on chains, and more pearls than you’d find in a jewellery store. Even the staff joined in including Mrs Pepper who never misses a chance to dress up in her extravagant retirement clothing.

In just a short 100 days, our clever Preps have mastered new skills, grown in confidence and built beautiful friendships (and possibly a few secret playground alliances). Our amazing preps have mastered some skills in reading, writing, counting and performing in front of an audience in such a short time. The day was jam-packed with activities celebrating the magic of the number 100 – racing to 100 on a chart, stacking 100 cups (and discovering that cup towers have a very short life expectancy), and building sky-high towers out of planks, blocks, and straws.

The highlight for many was the aging app – which gave us all a sneak peek into our wrinkle-filled futures. Let’s just say there was a lot of laughter, some gasps, and at least one “Oh no, I look like my grandpa!” moment.

Here’s to 100 days down, countless more adventures to come… and maybe a few less grey hairs until then!
