Meet our Year 4 teachers

Mr Euan
(4A Teacher)
Thank you all for such a warm welcome to PMPS and to Australia. As many of you know, I’m originally from Scotland and have recently joined the PMPS community. While it may be Winter here, it certainly beats the Scottish rain! I’m really looking forward to exploring more of Melbourne and Australia, so please feel free to share any recommendations.
Before coming to PMPS, I was teaching in Scotland and also spent three Summers working in the United States at a summer camp. There, I worked as a lifeguard and later as the swimming programme director, which gave me the opportunity to visit many different states.
I’m excited for the rest of Term 3 and Term 4, and I look forward to getting to know you all better!

I absolutely love teaching and have a couple of interests and passions outside of this, including painting, jewellery making and escaping to the beach or forest for some hiking. I also enjoy cooking but have some room for improvement in this area!

Mr Peter
(4C Teacher)
I have been lucky to spend many years teaching in a variety of roles, including English as an Additional Language in a small Aboriginal community, physical education, and reading intervention. This year I am enjoying being back in the classroom as a Year 4 teacher.
Outside of school, I love going to the theatre to see musicals, operas, and classical music concerts, walking my dog, travelling, visiting art galleries, and spending time with family and friends.
- What I'm reading right now: Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austin
- Favourite sport: Tennis and Australian Rules Football
- My favourite subject (when I was at school): Art, English and Physical Education
- How long I've taught at PMPS: 12 years.
Miss Candy

I'm having a great time teaching in 4CD this year and getting to know our Year 4 students and their families.
When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time at the beach with my dog, Brooklyn, and going on long walks together. I love traveling and exploring different cultures. I also enjoy trying new restaurants and savouring the amazing food Melbourne has to offer.
