Our first day of Prep

What an amazing first day our Preps had ! 

Well done and Congratulations. We had so many happy little faces come into our classroom and they knew where to put their school bags before finding something to do at out activity tables. 

Fruit snack and morning tea were great and the children heard a few stories throughout the day. Time in the playground was met with enthusiasm. There were lots of children running around trying out all equipment whilst a few played with the Noughts and Crosses.

Some of the Preps went for a walk around the school and met our nurse, office ladies and principal !

Scattered throughout our day were some learning activities. The children made a “First Day of School” crown. They traced a sentence, “I am at school” and drew a picture.

Some very tired children went home on Monday but excitedly came back for more on Tuesday.
