Principal's Message
Wominjeka from Justin Lania
Welcome back! The staff at Wollert are excited to have our students return for 2026 and feel empowered in their learning. We hope everyone feels refreshed for another year of growth at our school.
Dear Wollert Primary School Families,
We are excited to welcome many new families this year, including 82 Foundation students who have started this week—a highlight for our school and a moment to cherish for many families. All students have settled into school life at Wollert and have begun our Start-Up Program. This program helps students understand their rights as members of our team and their responsibilities in the classroom, outdoors, and in all learning environments.

As we embrace the motto of 'Aspirations Without Limitations,' we look forward to an exciting year ahead. Fostering a strong partnership between families and the school is vital for student success at Wollert Primary. We encourage all parents to be actively involved in their child’s education, school events, and decision-making opportunities.
Support from parents and guardians is crucial to our success at Wollert Primary School. We encourage you to introduce yourselves to your child’s teachers and make appointments with them via Compass if you have any questions or concerns.
We will be holding our 'Meet the Teacher' conferences on Thursday, February 26th, from 12:00pm- 8:00pm. This will be an opportunity for teachers to update their records and gather important personal information that will help support your child’s education. More details will be sent out to families next week.
At Wollert Primary, we have a highly committed staff team that collaborates to make our school an outstanding education setting dedicated to excellence for all. Our community is wonderful and supportive, remarkable staff, and highly engaged families. As I shared with the staff at our first curriculum day, students are at the center of everything we do in 2026. Their needs motivate us to provide the best possible learning environment for each child. This goal is reflected in our school’s staff 2026 theme for the year : Empowerment, which emphasises the importance of us working together to support each other in a vibrant and inclusive learning environment.
We are excited to announce a couple of new opportunities in 2026 to get the year started:
We're excited about the upcoming learning opportunities for our school, and the 2026 staff are eager to get started!
