School Fees for 2026

If you have not already completed a direct debit form to pay your fees either fortnightly, monthly or termly, please either download the form attached or see Margaret or Rashida in the office before the end of February. Thank you to all those families who have already submitted their forms.

If you had a direct debit set up last year, it has now finished and you will need to complete a new form and set up a new payment plan for 2026 before the end of February.

Camps, Sports & Excursion Fund.

If you are the holder of a Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card or a Health Care Card, you may be eligible to receive a small grant from the Government which will be put towards the costs of your child’s excursion, swimming or camp fees each year.

If you do hold one of the cards pictured, please either download the form below or collect a form from the office and return it to school by March 1st with a copy of your card. Copies may be emailed to office@spclayton.catholic.edu.au or copied at the office.

The funds are received by the school later in the year and will be credited towards the Health, Sports and Wellbeing component of your fees. If your child is due to go on Camp this year, then the funds will be used to cover some, or all, of the costs of Camp.
