Principal's Report

Our Mother’s Day celebrations last week were a wonderful way to welcome our Year 7 mums and other significant adults into the College community. The activities brought plenty of fun and creativity, with beautiful bouquets of flowers arranged and some very imaginative cupcakes decorated throughout the event.

This week there was much excitement as our Year 7 and Year 9 s headed off to various locations to enjoy their camp experiences. Camps provide valuable opportunities for growth, connection and fun, and it is often these experiences that students reflect on as some of their fondest school memories.

As we move further into May, this time of year can sometimes feel a little unsettled, with cooler weather, increasing assessment demands and examinations approaching. During these periods, consistency is key. While our expectations of students remain the same, our responses may sometimes need to adapt to best support individual circumstances. We thank families for continuing to work in partnership with us as we guide and support our students through these challenges.

On Monday, we will invite all families to participate in our McCrindle Family Survey. The purpose of the survey is to gather valuable feedback about your experiences with our College. Your insights help guide our planning and ensure we continue to grow and improve in ways that best support our students and wider community. The survey is quick and easy to complete, taking approximately 10 minutes, and can be accessed on any device. Please note that all responses are confidential. The survey is managed independently by McCrindle, who will collect and collate the data before providing the College with aggregated results only.

We greatly value your feedback and strongly encourage all families to participate.
