Positive Behaviour in Schools (PBS)

We are pleased to share that our first PBS token draw took place during this week’s assembly. Students receive tokens when they demonstrate our core school values: Being Responsible, Being Respectful, and Being an Achiever.

All students who receive tokens are entered into the PBS prize draw for a chance to win a $5.00 canteen voucher.

Congratulations to this week’s winners:

  • Ellie (Magpies)
  • Daisy (Magpies)
  • Bronson (Quokkas)
  • Eden (Kangaroos)
  • Savannah (Kookaburras)
  • Mason (Kookaburras)

Well done to all students for continuing to demonstrate positive behaviour throughout our school community!

Reminder parents that permission slips and payment for the Winter Lightning carnival were due to be returned last Wednesday. If your child was given a form, they have been allocated to a team. Please urgently return forms and payments so that students can attend Dryandra PS for the fixture this Friday. If you have misplaced the permission form, please download the attachment here.

If the permission and payment is not received, the students cannot attend.

No Hat No Play

Marangaroo PS is a Sunsmart school, which means students are required to bring their own hat to school and should keep the hat in their bag or their classroom tray so that it is easily accessible. We do not have any hats available to borrow in the front office anymore.
