Students will participate in fitness activities, including running, skipping, aerobic circuits, and fitness games, to develop their aerobic capacity, agility, coordination, and gross motor skills. They will also be introduced to the fundamental movement skills of kicking, punting, dodging, ball bouncing, and catching. The term will conclude with a focus on gymnastics and dance.
