History

What is the history of our school? 

In this unit, students will learn about how artefacts can be used to learn about our past. Students will embark on an expedition around our school to find artefacts that will help us learn about the history of St Francis of the Fields. 

They will be encouraged to ask questions and look for answers using historical skills. Students will have the opportunity to think about what stories our own community can tell about the past and what we can learn for the future. They will create their own time capsule with artefacts.
