Interschool Chess Challenge - Online Heat 2

Last Friday, 19th June, our Chess Team competed in the Interschool Chess Challenge, held online against students from schools across the state. The tournament followed a seven-round Swiss format, requiring each player to compete in seven challenging matches. Throughout the competition, our students demonstrated impressive strategic thinking, concentration and resilience as they navigated the fast-paced nature of the games. Their ability to think critically and make quick decisions under pressure was truly tested. They represented our school with great sportsmanship and determination.

We are proud to announce that five of our students have successfully progressed to the semi-finals of the competition, which will be held next term. We wish them the very best as they continue to represent our school in the next stage of the tournament.
