In the life of our school, we often move at a fast pace, supporting learning, relationships, community connections, events and the many moments that make up each day. The Easter season reminds us of the importance of slowing down; of making space for rest, renewal and hope. It is in these quieter moments that we are often able to restore our sense of balance and wellbeing.
For our children, the holiday break is an important opportunity to step away from routines, to play, and to be with family and friends. Unstructured time supports emotional regulation, creativity, and connection, key elements of wellbeing that cannot be rushed.
As a community, we are reminded of the Easter message of new life and hope. It invites us to notice the small moments of joy, to nurture our relationships and to return to Term 2 with a renewed sense of energy and purpose.
We wish all families a peaceful and restorative break, filled with moments of calm, connection, and hope.
