Y9 Science

In Year 9 Science this term, students are learning about genetics and inheritance. As part of this unit, students extracted DNA from strawberries. 

Fun Science Fact: if you spoke one letter of DNA per second (G, T, A, C etc.) for 24 hours a day, it would take about 100 years to recite the entire genome!
