A familiar and highly valued member of the All Saints’ College community, Kylie brings extensive experience in primary education and leadership. Having held key roles at both All Saints’ College and Perth College, she is currently serving as Assistant Director of Junior School (Education and Care), where she has made a significant contribution to a range of College initiatives, including the establishment of Little Saints Childcare.

Kylie is widely respected for her thoughtful leadership, dedication to student learning and wellbeing, and commitment to building strong partnerships with families and the wider community. We are excited to see the Junior School continue to thrive under her leadership.

As we look forward to this next chapter, we also extend our sincere thanks to Penny Crane, who will complete her tenure as Director of Junior School at the end of 2026. Penny's outstanding contribution to our College community has had a lasting impact, and we look forward to celebrating her achievements later this year.

Pixevety Permissions Reminder

At All Saints’ College, we use Pixevety as our photo management system and as the source of permissions for the publication of student images across College channels, including the website, social media and publications.

We encourage all families to regularly review their current permissions and ensure they reflect their preferences. Permissions can be updated at any time through Pixevety, which can be accessed via MyASC.

We encourage all parents and guardians to read the publishing settings carefully to understand what each option means at All Saints' College. There are examples next to each publishing setting.

Please note that if permissions are not updated, the existing permissions recorded in Pixevety will remain in effect. If permissions are not changed or no action is taken, the system default permissions apply to your child so please take a moment to check over these permissions.

Pixevety include three options for consent, however, at ASC, the most important setting is whether you consent to your child's image being used in College communications and marketing. By selecting Yes, you are giving permission for your child's image to be used by the College in accordance with your chosen settings. If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please select No. Selecting Yes (without tags) still allows students' photos to be published on the selected platform.

Pixevety describes the publishing settings as follows:

Yes (with tags): Images of the named individual can be published and shared by the Gallery Owner (select College staff) with tags displayed, including details such as name, location and other descriptor tags.

Yes (without tags): Images of the named individual can be published and shared by the Gallery Owner, however tags and identifying information will not be displayed.

No: Images of the named individual cannot be published or shared by the Gallery Owner.

Please note that while Pixevety provides options relating to image tags, ASC manages permissions on a simple Yes/No consent basis when determining whether a student's image can be used in College publications, marketing materials, social media and other communications.
