School Fees 

You should have received your School Fees Statement by email.  If you have not received your emailed fee statement, please check your spam folder or contact the school office to ensure your email address is up to date.

Please ensure you stay current with your payment schedule to avoid SMS reminders.

Set and forget 

We can automate your payments via credit card deduction. If you want to do this, please complete the 'Standing Authority' form at the link below and return it to the office. 

Or you can also set up a recurring weekly or monthly, BPAY payment yourself to automate your payments, directly via your bank. 

Payments can also be made via Compass at any time.

If you wish to change your instalment schedule, to better suit your cash flow, please contact the office and we can process a change for you.  Our email address is - accounts@olfcaringbah.catholic.edu.au.

Second Hand Uniform Shop

Opening hours 2.30pm until 3.15pm 

Open every 2nd Thursday, check parent calendar for dates.

If you have any clean uniforms that you would like to donate please drop them to our Office. Note: We are not accepting any old sports uniforms.

Child Safe Schools Parent Induction

If you wish to volunteer at the school this year you must have attended a Child Safe Schools Parent Induction that was facilited by Mrs Louise Gordon. 

When volunteering, follow these steps:

• You must hold a valid Working with Children Check Number

• You must register your Working with Children Check Number with Sydney Catholic Schools

• You must complete a Child Safe Schools Undertaking each year (online - 'Maintaining your visitor clearance)

• You must attend a site-specific induction with Mrs Gordon each year held in Term 1 each year

• If your number expires and you wish to continue to volunteer at OLF, you are expected to notify Sydney Catholic Schools of the new expiry date when you renew your clearance - Maintaining your visitor clearance.

• No toddlers or preschool children can accompany you when you are engaged to volunteer.

Enrolments

Applications are CLOSED for Kindergarten 2026 at OLF Caringbah.

Applications for Kindergarten 2027 will be open 12 months before.

For new students (e.g. Kindergarten etc), please create a new student profile in compass before applying. You must select at least two school preferences to submit. Upon submission, you'll receive a confirmation email, and your Compass account will display the status as “submitted.”
