Religious Education

As we come to the close of Term 2, we pause to reflect on the many blessings and opportunities we have had to celebrate our faith. Let us take a moment to reflect on the Term that was. 

♱ We celebrated the Resurrection of our Lord during Easter, embracing the hope and renewal that the season brings. 

♱ We honored the courage and sacrifice of our ANZAC soldiers, remembering their dedication to peace and freedom.

♱ We farewelled our beloved Pope Francis whose leadership inspired us to live lives of compassion and humility and welcomed a new Pope of The Catholic Church Pope Leo XIV. 

♱ We celebrated Our Mother's Day Liturgy that was a heartfelt celebration of the love and sacrifice of mothers, recognising their pivotal role in our lives.

♱  We commemorated the Feast Day of Our Lady of Fatima, reflecting on her messages of prayer, penance, and devotion.

♱ We prayed for the candidates preparing for their First Reconciliation, supporting them as they took this significant step in their faith journey.

♱ We celebrated Faith in Action in our Classrooms and gave witness to the wonderful Religious Education lessons that take place in our classrooms daily.

♱ We donated to the Poor in support for the St Vincent De Paul Winter Appeal.  

A heartfelt thank you to all the families who contributed to the Vinnies Winter Appeal. Your generosity embodies the love and care that are central to our faith. 

Sacrament of First Holy Communion Year 4-Term 3

Registration of candidates will occur online via a google form from 20th June and registration closes on Tuesday 29th July 2025 at 9pm. Please be advised that once registrations have been closed that NO late registrationswill be accepted. The link to this form is also available on the Parish website.

Family Information Evening: Tuesday 29th July 7pm in the OLOF Church

Family & Candidate Commitment Mass - Saturday 2nd August 5.30pm - OLOF Church

Formation Sessions: Tuesdays at 2.00pm at OLF Primary School and OLOF Church

Sacrament of First Holy Communion in the OLOF Church (23rd August at 4pm & 5:30pm)
