NDIS Navigator

Did you know our school has access to an NDIS Navigator to support students and families as they navigate the NDIS and plan for the future?

The NDIS Navigator can provide information, guidance, and practical support to help families understand and access NDIS supports and services. Whether you are new to the NDIS, preparing for a plan review, exploring post-school options, looking for support workers, respite services, community participation opportunities, or simply unsure where to start, assistance is available.

Support can include:

• Understanding NDIS funding and how it can be used
• Preparing for NDIS plan meetings and reviews
• Connecting with service providers and community supports
• Exploring employment, further education, and day service options for school leavers
• Assistance with transition planning and building independence

• Information about mainstream and community services available alongside the NDIS

   

Every family's journey is different, and support is tailored to individual needs and goals. Families are encouraged to reach out at any stage if they have questions or would like assistance navigating available supports.
