HPGE News

Each year, as part of our High Potential and Gifted Education (HPGE) program at Peakhurst Public School, we send a team to the Stage 3 Gifted and Talented Mathematics Competition Day at Sydney Technical High School. 

This year the team that represented our school was: Justin Zhou, Jackson Lai, Layla Morgan, Emma Lu and Isaac Ho. 

The students eagerly participated in three rounds of mathematic challenges.

Round 1 - Group Competition

Round 2 - Swiss Competition 

Round 3 - Relay Competition

Our students calculated their little hearts out in the heat of the gymnasium and whilst they did not place in the top 3 places they are incredibly proud of their efforts, as are we. Well done team!
