Parents Association AGM
The Parent Association held its end of year gathering and they were thanked for their efforts this year supporting the College with our fundraising, events and other initiatives.
They were addressed and thanked by Sr Margaret, Sr Irene and myself.
The PA Chair, Pam Abdou, and her team provided their annual report. Their report included the annual events they host (i.e. Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Lebanon Independence Day).
They also introduced new initiatives and events including the Movie Night, supporting Cancer Council, and contributed to College events including the Easter Hat Parade, and Wellbeing Wednesdays.
Following the 2024 report, Mr Asmar addressed them on 2025 and advised them that Sr Irene (Head of Mission) will be attending PA meetings while Ms Claudia Bou-Melhem (K-12 Engagement Coordinator) and Mr Nicholas Leech (Brand & Marketing Manager) will be the College representatives in the association and assist with events planning and organising.
Following the address, all positions were made vacant and the voting took place.
The PA Committee for 2025 are as follows:
