Shout Out
A select number of BSC students recently attended the National Science and Engineering Challenge in Ballarat.
The aim of the challenge is to ensure there's enough for everyone, forever. It's about building a future on respect for ourselves, for others and for the world that we all live in, on and with.
To do this effectively we need to change both what we do and how we do it. That's where the National Science and Engineering Challenge comes in. The SEC encourages lateral thinking through building experience in problem-solving, seeing systems and finding connections. It gets new minds focused on real problems. In addition to the teamwork experienced along the way, these are the skills of the future. The SEC is part of building a more resilient, more sustainable tomorrow; one student, one experience and one impossible bridge at a time.
Congratulations to the students who attended. We hope you learned a great deal from this valuable experience.
