Compass Community Calendar
When planning ahead you can find important school dates and events on the Compass Community Calendar.
Compass Pay
We use Compass Pay for all school events. This will include both the payment and consent for camps, incursions and excursions.
All students are to wear a hat when outdoors at school.
Students don't forget to pack your hat!!
Parent Reminder
Please remember to report to the office when arriving at school for late arrivals or early departures. Parents are not to go directly to classrooms.
Running Late/Missed Line-Up?
Students who arrive after the bell and miss line up before school need to come to the office and sign in. They can then go to class with a late pass.
Leaving School Early?
A parent or authorised adult must come to the office and sign the child out on our Compass Kiosk. The office will then call for the student to come with their bag. Where possible it is best to avoid collecting students during recess and lunch play.

Lunch Orders
Lunch Orders are available to order every Thursday and Friday via the Flexischools App.
- To avoid dissapointment please ensure you have an email confirming your lunch order has been submitted.
- Mr Brightside's order cut off time is 9:45am.
Please note that Preps will be able to purchase lunch orders in Term 2.
Head Bumps
As an addition to the Compass notification and phone call for any bumps to the head, students will also be given a sticker to wear. This will notify school staff and any carers that may need to know about the injury.
We are on the lookout for any volunteers who can assist with running our Second Hand Uniform Shop, and washing of lost property. If you are able to assist with either of these tasks please contact the office or email Melissa at caulfield.south.ps@education.vic.gov.au
We are hoping to build up a team of volunteers so that many hands make light work!
Second Hand Uniform
Our next SHUS will be will open on Friday 13th March 2026 3:15pm - 3:45pm, in the Drum Corps Room at the end of the verandah.
- Please bring your own bags.
- SHUS is now a cash free zone, EFT is available for payments.
- Please note that we are only accepting PSW branded uniform when making donations to the shop.
Please ensure all uniform including hats are clearly labelled with your child's name and erase any previous labelling.

UJEB HIP - Monday, Tuesday & Thursday mornings before school
Tennis Hot Shots - Tuesday morning before school
UJEB Jewish Life Program - Wednesday mornings before school
Chess Club - Wednesday lunchtimes
SOCCERWISE - Wednesday afternoons
Drum Corps (Years 5 and 6)- Friday mornings before school
Team Kids run the CSPS Out of Hours School Care program each morning and afternoon on school days and on pupil-free days.
Lost Property
To help minimise the amount of lost property this term please remember to label clothing, lunch boxes, drink bottles etc, with your child's full name and we will do our best to return lost property to your child.
Any unlabelled items that are not claimed within 2 weeks will be donated or disposed of.
