Our Term 4 wellbeing curriculum focuses on helping students feel confident, connected and prepared for their transitions into 2027. Across Prep to Year 6, students will explore positive attitudes towards body and mind, with our whole school gratitude focus of Be thankful.
Through the Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships curriculum, students will explore positive coping and stress management. They will reflect on their coping strategies, learn new ways to manage emotions and stress and practise self-regulation strategies for challenging situations.

Students in Prep to Year 4 will also explore respect and body safety to support their participation in the intensive swimming program. These lessons will reinforce respectful interactions, personal boundaries and strategies for seeking help when needed.
Students will participate in Inform and Empower digital safety incursions tailored to their year levels. Topics explored across the school include identifying trusted adults, online kindness, advertising, privacy, unsafe interactions, artificial intelligence and influencers.
Through Body Bright, students will continue to develop healthy attitudes and behaviours towards their bodies, eating and physical activity, while learning to appreciate body diversity and care for their wellbeing.
The Green Zone will be available to students at recess and lunch. This wellbeing space provides opportunities for students to co-regulate with a trusted adult, build positive friendships and practise new skills in a supportive environment.

These learning experiences aim to help every student feel safe, valued and supported as they reflect on their growth and prepare for the year ahead.
