Principal's Report

Thoughts from our Principal - Mrs Casey Chard

Dear Parents, Carers and Community Members,

This fortnight has again been filled with success, participation and growth in faith, learning and wellbeing.

We celebrated two beautiful parish Masses; the Feast of St Mary of the Cross and today’s Assumption Mass. These opportunities demonstrate our strong connection between our school and parish communities.

With the guidance of our skilled, helpful adults, our students have excelled in many areas:

  • Brain Olympia – Two teams placed equal first, and another placed fourth out of ten.
  • Diocesan Athletics – All students gave their best, with Charlotte and Ivy qualifying for Polding Athletics.
  • NSW Touch Gala Day – Many Stage 2 and 3 students enjoyed a great day of sport and teamwork.

Your Feedback Matters: Annual School Survey

In the week beginning August 25, you’ll receive an invitation to participate in our Annual School Survey. This important survey seeks feedback from our students, staff and especially our families.

Your feedback is highly valued and helps shape our school’s direction, celebrating what’s working well and identifying areas for growth. We appreciate as many families as possible contributing to this survey.

Proud to be a member of the St Joseph’s community

As we wrap up this fortnight, I continue to be deeply proud of our students, families and staff for their dedication, effort and team spirit they bring to every opportunity. Time and time again, they display the genuine St Joseph’s spirit where kindness, respect and striving for excellence go hand in hand, and every success is shared and celebrated as a community.

May God bless you and your family.

Casey Chard
