Dear Families,

As Term 2 draws to a close, we want to say a big thank you for your continued support, involvement, and enthusiasm throughout the term. It's been a busy few months filled with learning, events, and exciting opportunities for our students—and we truly appreciate the way our families help make it all possible.

We have a few important reminders to help you stay organised and up to date with upcoming deadlines, payment information, and how to make the most of the School Saving Bonus.

Please take a moment to read through the details below to ensure everything is in place for a smooth start to Term 3.

School Saving Bonus (SSB) – Deadline Approaching

As shared in our 5 May email, the SSB Portal will close on Monday 30 June 2025.

  • SSB funds (including online vouchers) can be used for uniforms and school activities until this date.
  • Any unused funds after 30 June will be converted into credit for future activities but won’t be available on your family account until late July.
  • To use funds for activities in July, please log in to the SSB system and allocate them before 30 June.

Compass Event Deadlines – Plan Ahead!

Camps, excursions, and other events are important learning opportunities.

  • Event payments/consents close 2 weeks before each event.
  • Unfortunately, late submissions can't be accepted due to transport and booking requirements.
  • Staff are unable to follow up after cut-off dates.

We recommend planning early to avoid disappointment!
