House Athletics Day

House Athletics Carnival – Years 3 to 6

On Friday 27th June, our Year 3–6 students took to the track for the annual House Athletics Carnival at the Aberfeldie Athletics Track. We were fortunate to enjoy a beautiful, sunny day that set the perfect tone for a day of fun, competition, and celebration.

Students competed in eight track and field events, earning points for their house teams. 

It was fantastic to see all participants displaying our school value of Excellence—giving their best effort, supporting one another, and participating with pride and enthusiasm. The sportsmanship on display was outstanding, and we couldn’t be prouder of our students.

The day concluded with the much-anticipated Race the Principal event, where the winners of the 100m sprint went head-to-head against Tyson. While the students gave it everything they had, Tyson held onto his title for another year!

A huge congratulations to all students for their efforts and a big thank you to staff and parent volunteers who helped make the day a great success.
