Christmas Eve Mass 

Dear Parents and Children of St Bede’s Primary School,

Every year, the 6pm Christmas Eve Mass at St Bede’s Catholic Church is dedicated especially to children and families. This year, we would love to make it extra special by inviting all St Bede’s families who will be in Melbourne on the 24th of December to join us for this beautiful celebration.

Before Mass, there will be Christmas carols, and we are looking for children who would like to take part in a simple, meaningful performance while the choir sings. In past years, the presence of children has truly brightened our church, lifted everyone’s hearts, and helped our whole community enter into the joyful spirit of Christmas. Children have a natural way of inspiring others and reminding us of what it means to be a child of God.

We warmly encourage your child to participate—the more, the merrier! The performances will be simple and suitable for all ages, such as walking down the aisles, gentle hand movements, or carrying small items to the altar.

If your child is interested in being part of the Christmas Eve Mass Carols performance, please SMS me by Monday 8th December. Once we know how many children are involved, we will be making some props and schedule a rehearsal date in the church.
