Year 9 Visits OLOL Ladies Baking Bread

After celebrating a beautiful Mass this morning, Year 9 students paid a special visit to the OLOL ladies baking bread. They thanked the ladies for their tireless efforts working for the Church; learnt how to make the bread using the saj, and enjoyed a little bite to eat too!

MCHF Welcomes the Migrant Jubilee Cross

On Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 October, the College had the special honour of hosting the Migrant Jubilee Cross. We welcomed the Cross in a morning assembly, with all students gathered in prayer and reflection. Throughout the day, classes took part in moments of prayer and silence, entrusting to God the journeys, hopes, and struggles of migrants around the world. May this experience deepen our compassion and strengthen our call to walk together in faith and solidarity.

Shining God's Love in Our Community

Our students are shining God's love in our community through selfless acts of service. This includes serving breakfast to the homeless and brightening the days of aged care residents. They are truly living examples of compassion.

Leadership Induction Mass

The 2026 Newly Elected Leadership Mass was a beautiful start to the leadership journey that lies ahead for our students, as we celebrated our newly chosen leaders and their dedication to guiding our school community. The ceremony was followed by a delightful Morning Tea, where students and staff came together to connect, enjoy some treats, and share in the excitement of the new leadership team.

Our leaders then dove into an enriching day of Leadership Training, by international guest speaker Matthew Coggin from Levelling Up, gaining new skills and insights to help them lead with confidence and creativity throughout the year.

It was a day of inspiration, growth, and teamwork—setting the perfect tone for the year ahead. We can’t wait to see where this incredible leadership journey takes us!
