It is so lovely to see friendships form at Playgoup as the children change and grow. We had friends create a felt picture together, sharing the items to put on their picture. Once again, the children got creative on the craft table, painting pictures at the easel, and finding animals hidden in the coloured rice. 

Asian Beef Bowls (Super Quick!) - RecipeTin Eats

We love this recipe! It is so quick to make, and it can be served on rice or mixed through beef 2-minute noodles. I like to add in some finely diced veggies like carrot, zucchini, broccoli stem, or whatever I have in the fridge. I add them just after the mince has browned.  I also like to top with some of these options - coriander, sesame seeds, spring onion, crispy chilli oil (if you like some heat), or fried shallots - even a fried egg on top.
