This award is presented to Pahandi for developing the confidence to now participate more readily in classroom discussions. It is wonderful to see Pahandi improve in all areas of her Literacy, and it makes my heart sparkle to see her laugh with her friends. Well done, Pahandi!

This award is presented to Zeke for his improvement in contributing to class discussions. This term, Zeke has consistently chosen to sit near the front during teaching times, which has helped him practise his active listening skills and develop his ability to join in class discussions.

This award goes to Kaiden for the pride and effort he has shown in his reading work. He has given thoughtful and detailed responses to our book, Brindabella. Kaiden should feel very proud of himself. Keep up the great work!

This award goes to Alice for the care and effort she has put into our reading lessons. She listened closely and, in response to our book Brindabella, wrote a thoughtful diary entry from the main character’s perspective. Keep up the great work, Alice!

This award goes to Bella for the amazing poems that she produced during our poetry writing unit! Bella used wonderful emotive and descriptive language when writing various types of poems. She sought feedback and revised her word choice before publishing the poems to a high standard. Bella, you should be very proud of the poems that you created! Keep up the great work!

This award goes to Jordan for his enthusiasm and effort during our photography lessons. Jordan experimented with the ‘rule of 3’ when taking photos of a peer, and worked diligently when editing his photo to make a poster of an emotion. Fabulous work Jordan!
