Skipping

Year Prep-2 have been enjoying a skipping unit over the last week for PE. It has been amazing watching them have a great time and try to improve upon their abilities. I look forward to seeing the students make improvements over the coming weeks and hopefully decide they would like to continue skipping outside of PE. It is such a great low impact exercise that requires very little space.
