Girls Netball
On Monday 25th August, the 7/8 Girls and 9/10 Girls Netball teams travelled to Wagga to participate in Phase 2 of the Netball Schools Cup. The 9/10 team played three games, winning one and getting through the day with no subs. The 7/8 team had four games and, while not getting the win, improved throughout the day and had a great time trialling new positions in the final game.
A big thank you to Chelsea Litchfield and Mikayla Bellato who umpired for us on the day and Mr Dal Nevo for driving the bus.
That brings the netball season to a close. Thank you to everyone who participated and umpired. A big thank you to Mrs Lole for all her coordination and organisation during Phase 1 of the Schools Cup. And, of course, to Mrs Johns for all the work she does in ensuring these opportunities are available.

MCC OPEN GIRLS SOCCER
On Tuesday, 26 August, the MCC Opens Girls Soccer team played against Loreto Kirribilli. Although the team was unfortunately defeated, their performance throughout the NSWCCC Competition was outstanding, and making it this far shows their hard work and dedication.
A special congratulations goes to Chelsea Piva for her great leadership as team captain throughout the tournament. Well done, girls!
