Glasses for Kids is a free program funded by the Victorian State Government and delivered by State Schools’ Relief, offering in-school vision screening, further testing, and glasses (if needed) to students in Foundation (Prep) to Year 3 in 2026. All students are eligible, including those who already wear glasses, and no healthcare card or payment is required. The program supports children’s learning, confidence, and development by improving their vision. Paper consent forms were sent home on Friday, or you can register online. Please return your form to the office by Friday, 28th November. You only need to register once (online/paper form).
Please do not hesitate to contact the office if you require any additional information.
When will Glasses for Kids visit the school?
The Glasses for Kids team will be on-site for testing in Week 4 of Term 1, from Wednesday, 18th February, to Friday, 20th February.

WOW...our week three total is looking AMAZING! We’re excited for our School Fun Run BIG SHOW on Wednesday, 26th November. It will be a fun-filled day with inflatables, Chase the Cheetah, and a carnival atmosphere! All students are encouraged to participate and support their peers.
Fundraising:
Create a student profile at funrun.com.au. Share your fundraising link with family and friends online. It's safe, easy, and no need to handle cash. Raise just $10 to earn a prize, with bigger rewards for more raised!
Prizes:
Prizes must be ordered online between 26 Nov – 1 Dec via your child’s profile. The school can process no cash donations or prize orders.
T-shirts:
Students will need to wear a black or predominantly black t-shirt on the day – reuse one from last year or purchase an affordable option from Kmart or Best & Less.
Families welcome!
Parents and caregivers are invited to attend. More details will be shared in the Primary Post closer to the date.
We can’t wait for another fantastic event!
