School-wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) is a framework that brings together school communities to develop positive, safe, supportive learning cultures.
SWPBS assists schools to improve social, emotional, behavioural and academic outcomes for children and young people.
When SWPBS is implemented well, teachers and students have more time to focus on relationships and classroom instruction.
Our first School Wide Positive Behaviour Support Team meeting will take place this coming Monday at 1pm. If you (students or parents or staff) are interested in being part of the team, please contact Kim Fitzpatrick.
Monday 2nd March at 9 am in the stadium. All the college community are welcome to attend our Mid-Term 1 Assembly to celebrate all the achievements of the term to date.
On Tuesday 24th March, selected students will travel to Boort to represent Charlton College at the North Central District (NCD) Swimming event. Students will be selected whose ability and readiness match the competition level, ensuring everyone can compete safely and confidently. Well done to everyone who made it through!
This is a reminder that Triathlon sign-ups should already have been placed on the Expression-of-Interest sheet. Please note that the sign-up sheet is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee selection or participation. This is a next-level interschool event, not a House activity, and students will be reviewed based on their readiness, fitness level, and ability to complete their chosen event safely and confidently.
