Dear Parents,

Celebrating 50 Years of the Lindfield Art Show & Fair

This weekend we celebrate a remarkable milestone, the 50th Anniversary of the Lindfield Art Show & Fair.  For five decades, the Art Show & Fair has been an important part of our community, bringing together artists, families, volunteers and visitors in a shared appreciation of creativity and community spirit. This anniversary is an opportunity to thank the many people who make the event possible. We are incredibly grateful to the hundreds of volunteers, past and present, who have given their time and energy over the years. Their commitment has helped create an event that continues to grow and thrive.

A special thank you goes to the LASF Committee, whose dedication, organisation and hard work ensure the success of the Art Show & Fair. Their efforts behind the scenes make this much-loved community event possible.

The Art Show & Fair also has a lasting impact on our students. It provides opportunities for them to experience and engage with the arts, develop their creativity and gain confidence in sharing their own work. Students see firsthand the value of imagination and creativity. Just as importantly, they witness the power of community. Through the example set by volunteers, parents and staff, students learn about service, teamwork and contributing to something highly valued.

As we celebrate this 50th anniversary, we recognise everyone who has contributed to the Art Show & Fair's success over the years. Their efforts have created an event that enriches our students' learning, supports artists and strengthens connections across our community.

Thank you to our volunteers, our talented artists, our generous supporters and the outstanding LASF Committee. Congratulations on 50 years of the Lindfield Art Show & Fair.

Zing Activ - Showcase at Holy Family - Save the date!

Parents and carers are warmly invited to attend our Zing Activ Showcase in Week 10 on Tuesday, 22 September. This is a wonderful opportunity to see our students in action as they demonstrate the skills, enthusiasm and confidence they have developed through their dance program.

Showcase Times:

• Kindergarten to Year 2: 9.00am - 9.30am
• Year 3 to Year 6: 9.30am - 10.00am
