BOOK CLUB

Issue 7 of Scholastic Book Club was sent home at the end of last week. If you wish to place an order please return your order form and the money to the school by FRIDAY 30th October. Don't forget you can place your orders online using LOOP.

If your order is a gift for a birthday or Christmas please write on your order GIFT and we will ring you to pick up your order when it arrives back at the school, instead of sending it home with your child.

OFFICE HOURS & ANSWERING MACHINE

Our office hours are 8.40am to 3.30pm each day. The office can become very busy at times attending to visitors, parents, students and taking phone calls. If your call is not answered PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE on the answering machine and the messages will be checked as soon as possible. Your message, if necessary, will be responded to with a return call. .

UP TO DATE INFORMATION

It is very important that the school has up to date contact information for each child. If we do not have the correct information at the school it is difficult for us to contact you if need be. If your details change during the year please update them on Compass or contact the school for them to be updated.

SUPERVISION

You are reminded that supervision at school does not start until 8.40am and concludes at 3.40pm. Students should not be on school grounds outside of these times.

Bell times are:

9.00am Morning activity

9.10am Class starts

11.10am First play break

11.35am Lunch

11.50am Recommence class

1.50pm Second Break

2.30pm Recommence class

3.20pm Dismissal

3.30pm End of supervision of students

CHURCH STREET DROP OFF ZONE

Just a reminder that the front of the school (Church Street) is a drop off zone between the times 8am to 9.30am and 2.30pm to 4pm. You are able to pull up but not allowed to move more than 3 metres from your car.

The Council Ranger does spot checks and will fine people who have moved away from their cars at drop off & pick up times.
