School Council

School Council elections for 2026 have now been finalised, with congratulations to Tash Carr, Annie Porter and Paul Birkett on their election to the parent member category.

School Council met for the first time on Tuesday 24 March. At that meeting, Kate Esam was co-opted to a community member position. Congratulations also to Dan Quinn, who was elected School Council President, and to Tash Carr, who was elected Treasurer.

School Council plays an important role in the governance of the school, helping to support strong decision-making and the ongoing success of Port Melbourne Primary School. We thank all members for their willingness to contribute their time, perspective and expertise, and look forward to working with the 2026 Council across the year.
