Book Week

This year Book Week will be celebrated at Holy Spirit on Monday 24th August and the students will be invited to dress up as their favourite book characrer. It is wonderful each year to see that creativity and imagination of our students and families. The theme for this year's book week will is, 'A Symphony of Stories'.

More information about bookweek celebrations will be conveyed cloeser to the date.

Premiers' Reading Challenge.

Many students have already begun the Premiers' Reading Challenge but there is still time to join. Students have until 4th September to read, 30 books (Prep to 2) or 15 books (3-6). Winter school holidays are the perfect time to snuggle up with a good book.

All the information you need was sent on nForma and Dojo. If you are still having trouble logging in please message your child's teacher or Corinne and they will help you out. Happy reading!

Years 3 - 6 ICAS 2026

Final days to sign up for ICAS 2026.

Please use the following details to register your child/children by no later than Monday 27th July. Each test will cost $21.95 (inc. GST) per child per test. Payment is required at the time of registration.

Please note that unfortunately late payments for assessments are not available. The school cannot extend this time or sign students up later as the enrolment process is completed through the ICAS Parent Payment System website.

Follow the steps to register your child/children in one or both of the English & Mathematics assessments. Finalise enrolment, payment and save. The information of enrolment will then be sent to the school. Please ensure that your child’s information is accurate and current as this is what you will see on the final certificate and report documentation.

Testing Date period

English: 10 - 14 August
Mathematics: 24 – 28 August

Actual dates for each test will be finalised closer to the date and around our school calendar and events.

A permission slip will be sent home to all families that enrol their child/children into an English and/or Mathematics ICAS Assessment closer to the assessment date.

We are proud to offer the ICAS Assessments, and look forward to celebrating some fantastic results later in the year.

Assembly

All dates are on our School Calendar. They will be held on Friday at 2:30pm in our hall (unless we have a school event on the same day). We hope to see you all there!
