Book Week

It’s the Library’s favourite time of the year – Book Week! To celebrate this year’s theme of Read, Grow, Inspire, with the assistance of Mr Rob Elborough our Year 10 Designing with Timber and Technology Class produced a beautiful tree for our Library. Students have been writing positive messages, positive quotes or their favourite author or book on our printed leaves and decorating the tree for others to read and be inspired. 

We have also been running a social media campaign to promote reading and celebrate the diversity of material our community loves to get lost in. Magazines, newspapers, novels, resource books – the joy of reading spans so many different genres, there’s something that is bound to appeal to everyone. What do you read?
