Outstanding Accounts

As we approach the end of the term, we kindly ask that all outstanding accounts be settled at your earliest convenience.

Finalising accounts before the term concludes helps us maintain smooth operations and ensures all records are up to date. If you have already made payment, please disregard this message.

Change of Details

Please notify the office via email (admin@gympieeastss.eq.edu.au) or in writing if your contact details, address, phone, email or emergency contacts need to be updated.

Student Absences

Schools ask parents to state a reason when reporting a student absence so they can properly record and manage attendance. Schools must follow compulsory attendance requirements set by the Queensland Department of Education. Recording the reason helps determine whether the absence is approved or unexplained. If a student is absent without explanation, schools must check the student’s wellbeing. Some examples of stating a reason may include: 

• Illness / Sick
•  Appointment
• Family reasons
• Holiday
