Canteen 

Hello and good day to everyone in the Marangaroo Primary School community,

I trust you are all well and enjoying the cooler days as we come towards the end of Bunuru, the hottest time of the year, and prepare to enter Djeran, our south-western autumn.

Harmony Day pre-order forms will be making their way home tomorrow, so please keep an eye out for your child’s form when they get home on Wednesday. Online pre-ordering will open on Thursday and Friday this week (12th and 13th). Alternatively, please return the form with the correct details and payment to the P&C box in the office by 9am on Tuesday 17 March.

If you are new to our school and are a little unsure about what to do or where to go, please don’t hesitate to ask the staff or myself for guidance. We are always more than happy to help. ☺️

A new and updated canteen menu is attached below. I have updated the colour scheme slightly in the hope that it will help differentiate the new from the old. If you have any questions about the menu, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

I am also looking for volunteers who can help support the canteen on the Friday, March 20, for our Harmony Day event. Even if it is just 30 minutes in the morning, or a short time before or after the event, every little bit helps and I would be deeply appreciative. Morning support would mainly involve helping with meal and order preparation and organising orders before the event begins. During the event, volunteers may assist with service and sales, helping everything run smoothly for parents & students. After the event, any support would simply involve a quick tidy-up.

Please feel free to reach out via email or see me in person on Thursday or Friday to let me know when you might be able to help. Even if you're not sure yet, you're very welcome to come by and see how it all works. 😊
