Dear Parents and Caregivers,

I have received a few queries regarding our school library book bag, so I wanted to provide some clarification.

At Marangaroo, we have a “No Bag, No Book” policy for library borrowing. We ask that you provide your child with a waterproof, Velcro or zip library bag, like the one shown in the picture below. These can be purchased from the Wanneroo Uniform Shop, and K-mart also sells a similar option. The bag does not need to be blue or have our school logo.

These bags help protect our library books from leaks caused by water bottles or food inside school bags. Unfortunately, drawstring bags are not suitable, as they can damage the shape of the books and chair bags are also not acceptable.
