Fee Update – Effective 17th November 2025

The Governing Council has recently reviewed our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) fees to ensure we can continue providing a high-quality service in the face of rising operational costs.

While we understand that there was a fee increase on 1st July 2025, ongoing increases in staffing and resource costs mean a further adjustment is now required. These changes will take effect from Monday, 17th November 2025.

New OSHC Fees

The Worker Retention Grant scheme places limits on how much services can increase fees. Within these guidelines, our Governing Council has set modest adjustments to ensure we can keep pace with rising costs while maintaining a sustainable, high-quality program.

The Council also decided to leave the cent amounts unrounded, as every cent helps support the continued operation of our OSHC service. With most families paying digitally and the Child Care Subsidy automatically applied, these small decimal amounts will have minimal impact on families.

We will also be applying late and no booking fees to Vacation Care bookings as follows:

A Late Booking fee of $5 per child for any booking received after the booking deadline (2 weeks before Vacation Care commences)
A No Booking Fee of $10 for any children that arrive at Vacation Care with no booking (will only be accepted if there are places available)
A Cancellation deadline of one week (7 days) which will be strictly adhered to.
The same rules as OSHC regarding absences.

Staff Carpark

The Staff Carpark is strictly for Magill School Staff Only, unless you require disability parking and have your Disability Parking Permit displayed. This refers to any time of day, and all weather conditions.

Please park safely on Magill Road or at the Tower Hotel Carpark, and use the crossing and footpath to enter through the gate to Magill School OSHC when dropping off or collecting your child/ren.

Before School Care: 7:00 am - 8:45 am

After School Care: 3:05 pm - 6:15 pm

Vacation Care and Student Free Days: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm

OSHC is Closed on Public Holidays

2025 Fees

Before School Care: $13.00

After School Care: $23.00

Vacation Care - Incursion: $60.00

Vacation Care - Excursion: $70.00

Child Care Subsidy (CCS) may apply
