Hi Magill families,

Butterfly Foundation is the national charity for anyone in Australia impacted by eating disorders and body image issues, as well as the families, friends and communities who support them.

Having a positive body image helps children and young people to feel good about themselves and supports mental health and wellbeing, but the world we live in today can sometimes make that hard.

While it might not always feel like it, parents can have a really positive influence on the way a child thinks, feels and behaves when it comes to their body and appearance.
