Grandparent’s & Special Friend’s Day

What a wonderful turnout we had again this year! This is one of the most special events on the COHR calendar and one we couldn’t pull off without the help of our wonderful community.

Thank you to all who donated a baked good, helped set up, serve on the day and clean up at the end. An extra special thank you to our resident event styler Nicole (Henry 3/4I, Patrick 3/4G & Anthony Prep) for her beautiful styling and set up of the tables.

It was so nice to see our loved ones enjoying themselves on the day and all leave with smiles on their faces.

Hot Dog Day – Tuesday 12 August

We have our next hot dog day scheduled for Tuesday 12 August.

Forms will come home next week. As per usual, for $6, children can order a hotdog and a cinnamon donut. For an additional $3, they can order an extra hot dog.

Bunnings Sausage Sizzle – Saturday 30 August

We have our annual bunnings fundraiser coming up at the end of this month.

We will be putting out a call for volunteers closer to the date.

If anyone has a contact at a butcher who would like to donate the sausages or a bakery who can donate the bread, please contact Jess on 0415 320 220. The more money we can save on supplies, the more we can take away in fundraising profits for our school.

Father’s Day Stall – Wednesday 3 September

Preparations are well under way for our annual Father's Day stall.

If you have any donations big or small, we would love to hear from you. E.g Vouchers for local businesses, BBQ related gifts, coffee beans, coffee related gifts, sports merchandise.

In addition, there will be a big round tub for those who wish to donate towards the raffle hampers.

Cake Raffle

Thanks to those who have already signed up to donate a cake this term.

We still have some spots available and would love some more volunteers to fill out the remainder of the term. You can either bake or buy a cake to donate. The sign-up sheet is in the office.

COLOUR RUN – Wednesday 22 October

The Colour Run is BACK!!! We had such a HUGE response to the colour run in 2023 and we are excited to be bringing it back again in 2025! More information will come in the next few weeks with instructions on how to register, and a list of all the cool prizes you can win.
