WACOAC College Student Photo Online orders are now open 

Orders are online and currently open until 24 August 2026 for the products displayed on the back of your order slip, which was emailed.  

To purchase speciality groups including Country Week, Shearing Team etc, an email will be sent to parents/guardians advising when they are available for purchase. It will be a separate order using the same access key used for the first order.  

How to order

ACCESS KEY - Every student has been allocated a personalised unique access key by Midland Photos, and they were emailed to parents/guardians in July. You need to use the unique 2026 access key, which is on the front top left-hand corner of your student’s slip to place an order.

Note: Midland Photos can not release the access key info to parents/guardians by phone or email due to the privacy and protection of students. Please contact the College if you have not received your email or are a parent who shares the care of your children on separate days.
