Week 9 & 10

Dear Parents and Carers,

A reminder to families over the next two weeks to stop past the office and check through the lost property tubs. Any items not collected at the end of term will be donated. All library books should be returned to the library this week in preparation for 2026!

Christmas At OLPS

Christmas has arrived at Our Lady's! A time to celebrate faith, family and special moments.

We welcome all our OLPS families to stop by the front office and check out our display!

Letters to Santa

Santas Magical Mailbox has appeared outside the office. Santa will be replying to letters up until the 10th of December then he will be a bit busy getting his reindeer trained for the long flight on Christmas eve. Students have been invited to write a letter and post it in the magical letterbox! There is a good chance that they may receive a return letter on the 15th or the 16th of December. You'll know there's been a delivery as you'll hear the sound of Jingle bells.

Happy writing and remember Santa's Little helper has lots to do so the sooner the better!

School Entry - School hours are 8:50am - 3:20pm, During this time entry to the front office is via the small gate on craigieburn road. All parents and carers attending the school during this time MUST report to the front office. We have noticed many students arriving late, unaccompanied by a parent. Please be reminded that ALL students arriving late MUST signed in via the front office. If your child is not seated in class by 8:50 this means they are late.

School Parking - Once again we ask that all parents respect the parking rules and risk management strategies we have in place so that we can actively keep everyone safe. There is STRICTLY NO PARKING within the staff car park. Can we also ask that parents and children refrain from running at the front sliding gate whilst it is opening and closing. This is extremly dangerous. This is absolutely paramount in ensuring the safety of our school community.

Reminder From Canteen - The canteen will be closed for over the counter sales during first break. Icy pole sales only for second break. All other snacks and lunch items will need to be pre-ordered through COMPASS. Please note above will remain in place for the rest of this term.
