Pick-A-Jar Stall

We are seeking donations of clean, label free jars for our beloved Pick-A-Jar Stall. This stall is always hugely popular so please start collecting jars. They can be left in the foyer in the allocated basket. 

Introducing Our New Pre-Loved Clothes Stall

We are kindly seeking donations of good-quality second-hand children's and adult clothing for our fete stall. We would greatly appreciate items such as dresses, shirts, shorts, pants and shoes that are in clean, wearable condition. Your generous contributions will help support our community while giving pre-loved items a new home. Please drop off donations at the foyer basket labelled “Pre-Loved Items” starting next week. Thank you for your support. 

Sponsorship Opportunties

We are looking for businesses or individuals to sponsor the fete this year. We have excellent advertising opportunities for local businesses, including features in our Newsletter and social posts, along with advertising on our Fete billboards and flyers and also stall opportunities. 

We are also looking for Friends of the Fete. This is ideal for individuals or families that are time-poor so unable to volunteer in the lead up but still want to support the fete and school. Please email the fete team cohrfete@gmail.com or see Aimee or Kate (Flick 3/4 G, Penny Prep) to get a copy of the proposal.
