IN THE GARDEN

The other week we experienced some garden related activities, but out of the garden.  One group had the challenge of producing botanical drawings of some plant parts. Another group began the construction of a 'chook tractor' (an enclosure to limit our hens as they peck at new ground ready to create new garden beds). Last week some more students added netting ready for use. And then it was time to trial it. 

IN THE KITCHEN

Students have been making Carrot Fritters with Yoghurt and Sesame Sauce. This sauce could be used with a variety of dishes.
