COMMUNITY CONNECTION
Disco Celebrations
Our first school disco was brilliant last week. The students had a ball and it was a great opportunity to connect with each other, have fun, make new friends and build our community spirit.
Thank you to our amazing PFA team and volunteers, including teachers for making it such a terrific success for our students.
If you would like to upport at events like these or join the PFA please contact our office for further information.

Second Hand Uniform Store
Our second-hand uniform store will be starting up in Term 2.
The store will be running for four Wednesdays after school (3:00pm - 3:30pm) outside the library.
Continued sale will depend on success and remaining stock levels.

If you have any uniforms that your children have outgrown, please consider donating them. If they are clean and in good-condition, please drop them off at the school office.
Mothers Day Raffle
The PFA are currently collecting items for a Mother’s Day Raffle. If anyone has a business, big or small, who has something they may be able to donate, we would be very appreciative. All businesses will be listed in the School’s Newsletter after the raffle has been drawn.
New Members
Interested in getting involved with the Parents and Friends Association (PFA)?
We are always looking for new members to join. You can be involved as much or as little as you like — there’s no pressure to do more than you’re comfortable with.
We hold monthly meetings on Tuesdays at 5:30pm in the school library. You’re welcome to bring your children along, join online from home, or stay involved even if you’re unable to attend meetings. Email pfa.wollert.ps@gmail.com for more information.
Next PFA meeting is 21st April, 5:30pm
Not interested in planning but would like to volunteer?
Keep an eye on Compass for volunteering opportunities.
Volunteer opportunities may be ongoing or one off events and could include:
Helping with fundraising events or working bees
Join our email list, our Facebook group, or both to stay updated on volunteer opportunities!
You must have a current Working with Children’s Check to volunteer at the school.
We wish you all a safe holiday break and we look forward to seeing you refreshed in the next term.
Warm wishes,
Parents and Friends Association
