Join Kingston Youth Services and Bayside Youth Services for an important Parent Information Night focused on child safety and awareness in today’s world.
Presented by former Detective Senior Constable and child safety advocate Kristi McVee, this session will provide parents and carers with a clear understanding of the real risks young people face, along with practical tools to help protect and support their children.
Drawing on her extensive frontline experience, Kristi delivers a powerful and honest presentation that empowers adults to take action with confidence.
Parents and carers will gain:
• A deeper understanding of current risks facing children and young people
• Practical strategies to recognise warning signs and respond effectively
• Tools to support open conversations and build safer environments at home and in the community
This free online session is designed for parents and carers of children aged 8–16. We also welcome professionals and community members who work with or support young people. Bookings are essential.
